    Payment Terms and Conditions

    Thanks for choosing us for your roofing project. These terms and conditions outline our payment structure. By proceeding with our services, you agree to the following:


    Payment Schedule

    Payments are due according to the following schedule:

    • 10% deposit: Due upon acceptance of the project proposal and agreement to commence work. This secures your project in our schedule.
    • 40% material payment: Due upon the delivery of all necessary roofing materials to the project site.
    • 50% final payment: Due upon the satisfactory completion of all roofing work as outlined in your project proposal.

    Ownership of Materials

    All materials supplied and installed for the roofing project remain the sole property of R.F. Metro Roofing until the total project cost has been paid in full. If for some reason payment isn't made, R.F. Metro Roofing reserves the right to reclaim any and all materials.
